Yang Kun, born in Urumuqi, Xinjiang, master, Associate Professor, Master Supervisor, teacher at Theory Research Office of the Institute for Music Studies.
He studied composition after associate Professor Wang Baolong at Xinjiang Arts University from 2006 to 2010, and got his bachelor’s degree there. He studied composition after Professor Xu Xueji at Tianjin Conservatory of Music from 2010 to 2013, and got his master’s degree there. He has been working at the School of Art of Lanzhou University since July 2013.
